Quality Policy

3S is committed at providing total solutions to customers with seamless vertical integrations; from designing concepts, project management, manufacturing, to customer services; we strive hard on quality assurance throughout each and every phase.

Quality Policy Declaration：

Environmental Policy

Aside from monitoring quality assurance constantly with richer product features, 3S is also dedicated to environmental safety. With its full range of product portfolio being RoHS compliant, the endless pursuit of non-toxic manufacturing with energy-saving facilities is our first priority as always.

Furthermore, suppliers of 3S are required to obtain ISO 14001 certification and provide a declaration of non-use of environmentally hazardous substances. 3S through audits and regular assessments to ensure that suppliers meet management standards and work together to achieve environmental policy objectives. As of December 2025, all of our suppliers have obtained ISO 14001 certification and 100% have signed declarations of non-use of environmentally hazardous substances. 

Policy on Conflict Minerals

3S is committed to supporting the global boycott activities for conflict minerals.We promise to use conflict-free minerals and do not accept gold (Au), Tantalum (Ta), Tin (Sn), Tungsten (W),Cobalt(Co) originated from militant-controlled in the Democratic Republic of the Congo or adjoining countries.

 

  1. 3S will fulfill its social and environmental responsibilities.
  2. 3S will not use conflict minerals originated from militant-controlled mines in the Democratic Republic of the Congo or adjoining countries.
  3. 3S will request all suppliers to trace the original source of Au, Ta, Sn, W, and Co used in 3S products and will also require all suppliers to complete the "Declaration of Minerals Conflict-Free" and the "RBA/RMI Conflict Minerals Reporting Template (CMRT)" and "Cobalt Report Template (CRT)" to ensure product compliance and supply chain transparency. As of 2025, 100% of 3S's suppliers have completed the aforementioned signing and investigation, continuously promoting responsible sourcing and ensuring the supply chain meets international sustainability standards.
  4. 3S will request its suppliers to send similar request to their suppliers.
