Solid State System Co., Ltd. Unveils Next-Gen MEMS Microphones at COMPUTEX 2024

Solid State System Co.,Ltd. (aka 3S) will exhibit new MEMS microphone technology at COMPUTEX 2024, including the third generation of MEMS microphones, featuring a brand-new technological upgrade to meet market application demands. Demonstrations of various MEMS microphones, core features and capabilities will also be provided at our booth.

3S has dedicated to the field of acoustics for more than 30 years, and has developed the MEMS microphones with the highest quality consistency, which not only stay ahead of our competitors but also comprehensively satisfy the needs of microphone array applications.

With a sophisticated R&D team, 3S has developed a series of MEMS sensors and amplifier ASIC chips which are highly adaptable for different markets and clients. Besides, 3S can manage the production cost and the lead time of such in-house ICs to better serve our customers.

3S is proud to own a solid patent portfolio for product design and testing technology to ensure high consistency of product characteristics, including sensitivity ± 1dB, signal-to-noise ratio ± 1dB, frequency response distribution ± 1dB, phase difference within 1 degree and extremely flat frequency response, and will provide higher quality products to fully address the needs of microphone array applications.

2024 Product Spotlight
The new generation of MEMS retains features like air pressure and UV light resistance from its predecessor, with an increased sensing area to enhance the SNR. It incorporates an advanced mixed-signal ADC equipped with a digital algorithm IP to further reduce background noise, ensuring superior performance of 3S microphone in various applications such as voice recognition and long-distance sound collection.
